Our Providers
Dr. Robert Jantz (MD)
Dr. Bob, MD is board-certified in family medicine with 42 years of experience. He graduated from Temple University Medical School in 1981 and completed residency at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis, IN in 1984. After serving a rural health care commitment, he moved to Lebanon, TN in 1988. He opened his own private practice in 1993.
Dr. Bob provides patient centered care focusing on wellness and prevention. He is well-versed in treating all types of common illnesses as well as more complex problems including diabetes management and hypertension. He also performs minor surgical procedures in the office providing convenience for his patients. Dr. Bob lives in Lebanon with his wife Roni and two cats Annie & Sandy.

Caroline Hendrick
Family Nurse Practitioner FNP-BC
Caroline is a Family Nurse Practitioner that is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Belmont University. As a Registered Nurse, Caroline worked for two years at the Belmont University Health Services clinic and Brentwood Dermatology. After graduating from Belmont University’s Master’s program she worked at an urgent care clinic for one year. Caroline is a member of the Tennessee Nurse Practitioner Association.
Caroline is a Lebanon native. She hopes to provide compassionate and patient centered care to the residents of the community that she and her husband call home.

Nathan H. Marks
Family Nurse Practitioner FNP-BC
Nathan Marks is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who graduated from Union University in 2023. Prior to his career as a family nurse practitioner, he worked as a registered nurse for four years in various hospital settings such as ER, cardiac, and step-down.
Nathan takes personal interest in holistic care with use of a mixed philosophy involving traditional medicine as well as lifestyle interventions. He is a strong advocate for patient empowerment.
Nathan is blessed with his wife, Madison, and daughter, Ellie. He holds close his faith in Christ and hopes to be of service to the community through his provider role.
