Confirm you're adding Robert J Jantz MD. Records from January 2025 onward are filed under his name; earlier records stay under Jantz Family Practice PLLC.
About your test results: You will get an email every time results are received in our office, but they won't be visible right away. A member of our team will call to discuss them with you first — after that, they're posted to your portal.
